5. Intellectual Property

All content provided on this Platform, including courses, videos, text, and graphics, is owned by the platform operator or its content creators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

6. Third-Party Content

The Platform may embed content from third-party services such as YouTube, Vimeo, and Loom. Your use of such content is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Termination

The platform administrator may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may request account deletion by contacting the platform administrator.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the platform operator nor Primaris shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
